Service Agreement
At Dent Lab, we strive for excellence in every mobile dent repair across Canberra. To secure your mobile booking, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of scheduling. This deposit covers the logistical costs and time allocated for our specialist to visit your location. We understand that plans change; however, because we operate on a strict mobile schedule, deposits are retained to compensate for the lost time slot. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a reliable service for all of our valued local clients.
Booking and Cancellations
If you need to change your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice to avoid forfeiting your deposit or incurring a cancellation fee. Refunds for the service balance are only considered if the technician determines the repair cannot be completed due to structural limitations of the vehicle that were not evident in provided photos. Once a repair is successfully completed on-site, the service is non-refundable. All our work is carried out to the highest professional standards to ensure your vehicle is restored to its best possible condition.
