PDR Service Policy
By booking mobile repair services with Dent Lab in Canberra, you agree to these legal terms. All quotes provided via photos or video are preliminary estimates and are subject to physical inspection. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the damage differs from the initial submission. Clients must provide a safe, clear workspace with adequate lighting and access to the vehicle. Dent Lab is not liable for existing paint defects, such as cracking or flaking, that may be revealed or exacerbated during the PDR process, as these are pre-existing conditions beyond our control.
Booking, Payments & Service Delivery
Full payment is required immediately upon completion of the dent removal unless otherwise arranged in writing. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and mobile payments. Because Dent Lab operates as a mobile service, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests to avoid a call-out fee. While Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) is highly effective, results depend entirely on the metal's condition and paint elasticity; we do not guarantee a 100% factory-new finish for severely stretched metal or deep creases. Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the repair service provided, and we are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the work performed on your site.
Liability Disclaimers & Limitations
Clients acknowledge that PDR involves manipulating metal and that hidden structural issues or previous body filler may impact the final outcome. Dent Lab provides a lifetime warranty on our workmanship, ensuring the dent will not reappear for as long as you own the vehicle, provided the original paint remains intact. This warranty does not cover new damage or environmental wear. By confirming your booking, you authorize our technicians to perform mobile repairs at your designated location and accept full responsibility for the site's accessibility. These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory.
